Velkommen til Weristo AI!

Weristo AI is an AI-powered business assistant that automates communication, appointment scheduling, and customer management. The platform works in 24 EU languages, is GDPR compliant, and EU AI Act compatible.

1. Registrering

Visit weristo.de and click "Register". Enter your company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. Select your industry from the dropdown menu. After registration, the Weristo team will contact you within 24 hours for system setup.

2. WhatsApp Forbindelse

After registration, connect your WhatsApp by scanning the QR code. Weri AI automatically responds to customer inquiries on WhatsApp based on your company knowledge base and settings. Messages are viewable in real-time on the dashboard.

3. Email Opsætning

Connect Gmail with one click (OAuth), or enter your IMAP details (Strato, IONOS, Hetzner Mail, All-Inkl, One.com, etc.). Weri AI monitors incoming emails and automatically responds to customer inquiries. Setup is in the "Email" section of the dashboard.

4. Bookingsystem

Set your business hours and holidays. Weristo automatically generates a booking link to share with customers. Bookings sync automatically with Google Calendar. Customers receive email and WhatsApp confirmations.

5. AI-Assistent

Weri automatically responds to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone. The AI detects the customer language and responds accordingly. Handles: bookings, quotes, information requests, complaints, and forwarding.

6. Pipeline Styring

Track your projects and customers on the Kanban board. Automatic movement and notifications. Customer stages: New, Contact, Offer, Negotiation, Closed, Lost.

7. Automatiserede Workflows

16 automatic workflows available: morning briefing, weekly report, reminders, customer follow-up, invoice reminder, review request, birthday greeting, and more.

8. Sociale Medier

Connect Facebook and Instagram pages for AI-powered responses. Weri automatically responds to comments and messages. Setup is in the "Social" section of the dashboard.

9. Priser

Starter (free 14-day trial) — Professional (€39/month) — Enterprise (€99/month). The first 20 registrants get a discounted rate. No automatic billing during the trial period.
