Weristo AI is an AI-powered business assistant that automates communication, appointment scheduling, and customer management. The platform works in 24 EU languages, is GDPR compliant, and EU AI Act compatible.

1. Registrácia

Visit weristo.de and click "Register". Enter your company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. Select your industry from the dropdown menu. After registration, the Weristo team will contact you within 24 hours for system setup.

2. Pripojenie WhatsApp

After registration, connect your WhatsApp by scanning the QR code. Weri AI automatically responds to customer inquiries on WhatsApp based on your company knowledge base and settings. Messages are viewable in real-time on the dashboard.

3. Nastavenie E-mailu

Connect Gmail with one click (OAuth), or enter your IMAP details (Strato, IONOS, Hetzner Mail, All-Inkl, One.com, etc.). Weri AI monitors incoming emails and automatically responds to customer inquiries. Setup is in the "Email" section of the dashboard.

Set your business hours and holidays. Weristo automatically generates a booking link to share with customers. Bookings sync automatically with Google Calendar. Customers receive email and WhatsApp confirmations.

Weri automatically responds to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone. The AI detects the customer language and responds accordingly. Handles: bookings, quotes, information requests, complaints, and forwarding.
